Tax year 2008 represents our 20th
anniversary year making and selling our 1099/W2 and payroll tax
reporting software. That's a lifetime in the world of information processing.
Many
of our customers have been with us since the very beginning. Of
course we are
grateful for their loyal support, but we also think that there must be a good
reason why they continue to stick with us. Certainly "quick" and
"easy" are part of it. But concepts like "quality"
and "customer service" are just as important to us -- and, we
suspect, to them.
